On Thursday, April 5th, 2018 at Noon in the UT Humanities Center in Melrose Hall Room E102 (First Floor Seminar Room) the Center will host a lecture by CPT Eric V. Muirhead.
At 8:55 a.m on June 13, 1944, the British Army sent 117 armored vehicles and 692 soldiers into a tiny French village. They expected an easy victory. Fifteen minutes later, almost half would be flames. They faced one German Tiger.

CPT Eric V. Muirhead is an active duty U.S. Army Armor Officer currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Modern German History at UT. His professional experience includes Tank Company Command, Cavalry Troop Command, Scout Platoon Leader, and Assistant Operations Officer for a Combined Arms Battalion.
