Paul Winder Curtis Jr. (Sept. 3, 1913 – Dec. 21, 1944) was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He attended the University of Chattanooga before attending the University of Tennessee, graduating in 1939 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army as an Engineer. He was killed in action in Belgium on December 21, 1944. He is buried at Forest Hills Cemetery in Chattanooga, TN.
